Method 3

1) Put the OSR2 CDROM in your CD drive
2) From the Win95 directory, extract KRNL386.EXE from WIN95_04.CAB (using
either extract.exe or the cab file viewer powertoy; extract the files to a
temporary location
3) Extract KERNEL32.DLL from WIN95_17.CAB
4) Exit to DOS.
5) Copy the extracted files from the temp location to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.
6) Boot Windows95 (supposedly, this actually works!!!)
7) Run OSR2 setup from within Windows95. It will think that it is
reinstalling over itself, and thus upgrade without any prompting for CD
Keys, serial numbers, etc.
